WHAT IS THE ETHICS CHANNEL?

The Ethics and Compliance Channel, as set out in the Code of Ethics and Conduct, is a confidential mechanism made available to the Professionals and Collaborators of the Hispasat Group, as well as any third parties with a legitimate interest, to report any interpretative doubts regarding the Code of Ethics and the regulations that develop it, as well as to immediately report any infringement (i) related to the aforementioned Code of Ethics and its implementing regulations, (ii) infringements of European Union law in accordance with Law 2/2023, (iii) serious or very serious criminal or administrative offences, including those relating to occupational health and safety and those involving economic harm to the Public Treasury or Social Security, and (iv) any other infringements or irregularities that may be reported through the internal channels of companies in accordance with the legislation in force in each country.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

To submit a communication through the Hispasat Group's Ethics and Compliance Channel, the whistleblower must complete the available form, describing the facts that may constitute a breach of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, internal regulations, or applicable legislation, committed by professionals, suppliers, or other third parties linked to the Group.

The communication may be submitted anonymously and through a system that guarantees confidentiality. Documents or other evidence that may assist in the analysis and investigation of the reported facts may also be provided.

WHO MANAGES THE REPORTS?

The Hispasat Group's Corporate Compliance function manages all communications received through the Ethics and Compliance Channel.

The Internal Reporting System Officer is responsible for managing the Channel. Access to the content of the Channel is restricted to the System Officer and the members of the Corporate Compliance function designated by them.

EXTERNAL REPORTING CHANNELS

Whistleblowers may contact the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (A.A.I.) or the relevant regional authorities or bodies to report any actions or omissions falling within the scope of Law 2/2023.

Terms of service agreement

The personal data collected in this form will be processed by the Hispasat Group in compliance with the applicable personal data protection regulations, for the purpose of receiving, admitting, and registering the information submitted, as well as carrying out any actions deemed appropriate to clarify the facts or conduct of the individuals or entities reported. Access to the necessary personal data will be granted only to those professionals or designated third parties for whom it is strictly required for the proper handling of the communication. Your personal data will only be disclosed where necessary to ensure your protection as a whistleblower.
